武定鸡绿壳蛋系蛋壳色素的研究

Study on the Eggshell Pigment of Green-Eggshell Line of Wuding Chicken

本研究分析比较了武定鸡绿壳蛋系和粉壳蛋系蛋壳色素的种类及含量,发现绿壳蛋系的蛋壳色素可能是由原卟啉和胆绿素组成的,而粉壳蛋系的蛋壳色素可能只由原卟啉组成,并且两种蛋壳色素在绿壳蛋鸡群体内个体间的分布差异极显著(P<0.01)。

After research on the eggshell pigments of Wuding green-eggshell and pink-eggshell chicken,we found that the pigments of green eggshell were biliverdin and protoporphyrin,but that of pink eggshell was only protoporphyrin; and the contents of biliverdin and protoporphyrin in green eggshell had significantly difference among individuals in green-eggshell chicken（P〈0.01 ）
