一株鸡新城疫强毒株的分离及生物学特性鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 从河南某鸡场的产蛋下降而无其他典型新城疫症状的高抗体蛋鸡群中分离到一株病毒。经过鉴定,该分离株具有血凝性,可被ND标准阳性血清所抑制和中和,不能被AI(H5与H9亚型)和EDS-76标准阳性血清抑制;该病毒致死鸡胚的平均时间(MDT)为50.4h,1日龄SPF鸡脑内接种分离病毒致病指数(ICPI)为1.85;6周龄SPF鸡静脉接种致病指数(IVPI)为2.42;回归试验鸡出现新城疫症状和病变,对该病毒株F基因部分片段进行了序列测定分析,为强毒型新城疫病毒基因Ⅶ型,并暂命名为HNC-06。 A strain of virus was isolated from the brain and spleen of ill chicken in Henan province by the method of SPF chicken embryo culture. The isolate was identified to be Newcastle Disease Virus(NDV)based on the serological test and the indexes of mean death time (MDT)of chicken embryo,intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI)in 1-day-old chicken,intravenous pathogenicity index(IVPI)in 6-week-old chicken were 50.4 h,1.85 and 2.42,respectively. The result demonstrated that the isolate was high virulent Newcastle Disease Virus. The F gene of the isolate HNC-06 was ampli- fied by RT-PCR,and sequence analyzing showed that the isolate was gene type Ⅶ.
