中深孔掏槽爆破装药优化的数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用LS-DYNA商用有限元程序建立了4孔掏槽爆破的有限元模型,模拟分析了不同孔深条件下不同装药系数时的爆破掏槽过程。计算结果表明掏槽孔是影响中深孔爆破效果的重要因素,并为优化掏槽孔设计方案提供了理论依据。 4-bore spiral cutting blasting FEM model is built up by LS DYNA software and the process of spiral cutting blasting with different bore depth and different charging coefficients are simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that spiral cutting bore is the main influence factor of the effect of deep bore blasting and the results provide academic bases for the optimization design of spiral cutting bore.
