Inconel751合金热镦粗的有限元模拟

摘要 针对Inconel751合金热镦粗成形中晶粒粗大、过热过烧、镦裂、折叠等质量问题,利用有限元软件Marc/Autoforge 3.1对镦粗过程中的应变场和晶粒尺寸进行有限元模拟,得到了不同变形量下的应变和晶粒尺寸分布图;分析了变形程度对Inconel751合金组织的影响。结果表明:Inconel751合金棒料在电热镦粗过程中,其等效应变场和组织分布呈阶梯分布;随着工件变形量的增大,晶粒尺寸趋于细化和均匀化,锻件综合性能提高。 A hot-upsetting forging process of Inconel751 alloy is very complicated, during which some defects of the head of work piece, such as thick crystalline grain, overheated and overbumt, upsetted split, and head fold, may happen, These defects have serious influences on the safe operating and technological progress of locomotive engine in China. The FEM software package, Marc/Autoforge 3, 1, was used to simulate strain field and grain size distribution during hot-upsetting forging of Inconel751 alloy in this paper. The strain field and grain size distribution were obtained, and the influence of different deformations on Inconel751 alloy texture were analyzed, The result indicates that the effective strain field and grain distribution in hot-upsetting process of Inconel751 alloy show a ladder distribution.
