摘要
目的：探讨心脏瓣膜置换术后孕产妇孕期及分娩情况。方法：回顾性分析6例心脏瓣膜置换术后孕妇的临床资料。结果：6例心脏瓣膜置换术后孕妇心功能为Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，均安全渡过孕产期，妊娠期及分娩期应用肝素及华法令未增加母婴出血。结论：心脏瓣膜置换术后患者心功能在Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，孕期在产科及心内科医生的共同监护下可安全度过孕期及分娩期。
Objective： To study the outcome of pregnancy in women after cardiac valve replacement. Methods： 6 cases of pregnancies with treated during and were analyzed by retrospectively. Results： Patients with cardiac function of degree Ⅰ-Ⅱ can accomplish pregnancy and delivery safely after cardiac operation. Using heparin and warfarin during pregnancy and delivery did not increase the blood loss in both mothers and neonates. Conclusion： With the care of obstetric and vascular cardiac physician, the pregnancies with cardiac function of degree Ⅰ-Ⅱ will be safe during pregnant and delivery.
