摘要
以表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的水溶液所形成的柱状胶束为模板,ZrOCl2·8H2O,SnCl4·5H2O为原料,合成具有介孔结构的ZrO2/SnO2复合催化剂。通过X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜及氮气吸附等温线等的测定,研究ZrO2/SnO2复合催化剂的孔结构。结果表明:合成得到的复合催化剂具有介孔结构。用BET(Brunauer–Emmett–Teller)法计算得到的产物比表面积为190.2m2/g。由BJH(Barret–Joyner–Halenda)法计算的介孔大小平均值为17.04nm。
Composite catalyst of ZrO2/SnO2 with a mesoporous structure was synthesized by the template of colloidal stubs formed from the aqueous solution of surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide. Zirconyl chloride octahydrate and tin tetrachloride pentahydrate were the raw materials. The products were characterized by an X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and nitrogen absorption isotherm measurement. The results show that the products have a mesoporous structure, and specific surface area, calculated by the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method, reaches 190.2 m^2/g. The mean pore size, calculated by the Barret-Joyner-Halenda method, is 17.04 nm.
