Study on Preparation of High-temperature Coatings and its Properties

摘要 以二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为基体,加入不同填料和助剂,制备了室温硫化硅橡胶涂层。通过力学性能和TG研究表明:填料的添加提高了该涂层的拉伸性能和耐高温性能,拉伸强度达1·4MPa,可耐温290℃。因此,此涂层材料有着广泛的应用前景。 With hydroxyl group terminated PDMS on both side as feedstock, adding several kinds of fillers and adjuvants, the room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber coatings are prepared. The influences of filler SiOz and cross-linking agents on the coatings are studied by measurement of mechanic properties and TG study. The results show that the fillers improve the tensile strength and high-temperature resistance property, its tensile strength is 1.4 MPa and the high-temperature resistance is in the range of 290℃. So, there is a wide prospective application for this coatings.
