摘要
严冬低负温(-8℃~-28℃)下的大体积混凝土结构施工,存在着易产生过大温差应力导致结构裂缝的危险。于是抑制中心温度,提升表面温度的被覆盖式保温包(棚)蓄热施工模式应运而生。并相应对水渣微粉掺料混凝土绝热温升估算、温差禁区能否突破、冷却水措施等关键技术进行了探讨。工程实践证明这一施工模式是可靠、有效的,可供同类结构在低负温环境施工参考。
The excessive thermal stress, which occurs under the condition of mass concrete of the structural construction in sub-zero weather(-8℃-28℃), can cause structural cracks. So the construction model of coated insulation body comes up, which can control the center temperature and increase the surface temperature. The key technique including the cooling water, grain slag spike concrete temperature, close season breakthrough was discussed in the paper. The engineering practice proves that this construction model is reliable and effective, which can bring a reference to the homogeneous project.
