摘要
分析了基于开关变压器的高压电动机软起动器的工作原理,对主电路中作为开关状态元件的开关变压器和作为负载的异步电动机分别建立等效电路模型,提出用一个连续变化的电感来表示开关变压器,这种模型对于电动机负载具有足够的精度。应用这种等效模型对高压异步电动机的软起动过程进行了仿真,本文提出了简化等效电路模型,并在此基础上设计了一个单片机控制的高压异步电动机软起动器。
When analyzing the working principle of high-voltage asynchronous motor's soft starter based on the on-off transformer, it is required to respectively establish equivalent-circuit model for AC motor and on-off transformer. The T-type equivalent-circuit is very effective for the latter. The use of a simple series reactance model to represent the on-off transformer is explored in the paper. The model has adequate accuracy for AC motor load. The simulation is carried out using the equivalent-circuit model for soft starting course of high-voltage AC motor. It provides a powerful tool for analyzing and designing high-voltage AC motor soft starter. A soft starter of the high-voltage asynchronous motor is successfully designed on the base.
