浅析建设道路运输企业安全文化

Discussion on the Build of Safety Civilization in the Road Transportation Management

针对现阶段民爆产品多涉及异地运输,长距离、大吨位的状况,民爆产品运输安全管理方法暴露出诸多弊端,已不能完全适应新形式的需要。建立道路运输企业安全文化,施行人性化管理,也许是开创新型管理方法的良好途径。

The long baulage and large tonnage are the present characteristics of the industrial explosive materials transportation. and there are some problems in the transportation management. The present transportation safety methods can＇t meet the demand of the up-to-date condition. This paper presents that it is an advisable way for building up new management pattern to establish safety civilization in the road transportation enterprises and implement humanized management.
