摘要 为了寻找较环保的卷烟降焦减害方法,分别利用低温等离子体、纤维素酶以及低温等离子体和纤维素酶协同对滤嘴用醋酸纤维进行表面改性处理,提高了纤维的比表面积、吸附作用和截滤性能。测试了纤维的马克隆值、减量率和K/S值,并用SEM观测了纤维纵向的形态变化。结果表明,滤嘴用醋酸纤维经低温等离子体和生物酶协同作用后,纤维表面明显粗糙化,滤嘴用醋酸纤维的比表面积增大,吸附作用和截滤性能增强,其改性效果比等离子体和生物酶单独作用时更好。 Attempting to make a cigarette filter which can filter more harmful substances such as tar and is more eco-friendly, surface modification treatment of the acetate fiber for filter cigarette was performed by low temperature plasma, cellulase, and combination of both so that the specific surface area, absorption power, and filtering capacity of the fiber were enhanced. Micronaire value, weight reduction rate and K/S value of the fiber were measured, and its morphological change along longitudinal section was observed by SEM. The results demonstrated that the fiber treated by the combination of low temperature plasma and cellulase has a rougher surface, a larger specific surface area and better adsorption and filtering capacity than that treated by low temperature plasma or cellulase only.
