摘要
消极式凸轮开口机构广泛应用于喷气和喷水织机上。为了合理选择织造工艺参数,增加机件的使用寿命,降低机物料和动力消耗,减少织疵,提高织物质量,通过对消极式凸轮开口机构回综的作用原理和各构件的力学分析,建立了确定消极式凸轮开口机构回综弹簧初伸长和回综弹簧根数的计算公式,并就影响回综弹簧初伸长的因素进行了讨论。研究结果表明,采用较小的上机张力,配置较高的后梁,缩小梭口高度和增大梭口长度,合理安排各页综上的经纱根数及减小经纱刚性系数,有利于减少回综弹簧的伸长变形和提高开口清晰度。
Negative cam shedding mechanism is widely used in water jet looms and air jet looms. To reasonably select processing parameters, increase the life-span of attachments, decrease the depletions of energy and materials, reduce woven defect and improve quality, the author has established the calculating formula for the primary elongation and number of return spring of negative cam shedding mechanism based on its operating principle and mechanical analysis of its components, and discussed the factors that affect the primary elongation and number of return spring. The research findings revealed that it will be helpful for reducing the elongation distortion and enhancing the clearness of shedding with lesser tension, higher back, decrease of shed height, increase of shed length, reasonable arrangement of warp number on every heald frame and reduction of warp rigid coefficient.
