摘要
对50 m天线两个大型结构件的整体吊装过程进行了力学分析。给出了结构计算模型中单元的使用情况和吊装过程边界的处理方法,对吊点位置进行了优化选择,对辅助吊绳作用力的变化作了分析,为天线结构吊装方案的确定和顺利实施提供了理论支持。
The lilting process of two large structures of 50 m antenna is simulated by computer. The finite element model and the boundary condition of lifting state are described. The cable binding position is optimized and the subsidiary cable force is discussed. The results of simulating are analysed and conclusion is drawn.
