Competition is not only an important factor for market economy, but also an effective incentive mechanism for the improvement of commodity production, that is, no competition, no market economy. As country＇s strategic industry, competition has become to general trends for defense industry. Based on the demands of competition and the situation of defense industry, this paper gives suggestion on how to favor the workable competition of defense industry.
