摘要
在全球化竞争的情况下,中国的企业要想在竞争中占有一席之地,并在行业中处于领导地位,就必须重视影响企业长远发展的企业文化,以实现企业战略目标。文章对企业文化与企业核心竞争力的概念和两者之间的关系进行了论述。最后就如何利用核心竞争力理论,来指导企业文化建设,实施基于核心竞争力的企业文化建设策略进行了探讨。
In the condition of competition giobalization, if China's enterprise want to survival in the competition, even want to be the leader in the competition .They must pay attention to the corporate culture construction because that affect the development of enterprise in long term, in order to achieve the enterprise strategic targets. Firstly, in the paper, we explained the concepts of corporate culture and the core competitiveness. Then we discussed the relation between the corporate culture and the core competitiveness. Finally, we discussed how to using the core competitiveness theory to guide the culture construction and we studied the culture construction tactics that based on the core competitiveness.
