酶解木质纤维素的预处理技术研究进展

Research Progress in Pretreatment of Lignocellulose by Enzymolysis

木质纤维素为可再生生物质原料,采用酶解法以木质纤维素为原料制糖发酵生产乙醇,必须对木质纤维进行预处理。目前,对木质纤维素原料的预处理方法主要有物理法、化学法、物理化学法、生物法。本文对以上几种方法的研究进行了综述。(孙悟)

LignoceUulose, as renewable biomass, could be used as raw materials to produce ethanol by enzymolysis. However, lignocellulose must undergo pretreatment. Presently, the pretreatment methods of lignocellulose covered physical method, chemical method, physical ＆ chemical method, and biological method. All the methods were introduced in this paper.
