摘要
目的评价静脉注射乌拉地尔对高血压急症的疗效及安全性。方法80例高血压急症病人以12.5mg^25.0mg乌拉地尔静脉注射(5min内),观察用药前后血压、心率变化。结果血压在用药后5min明显下降,30min达到高峰并保持稳定,心率无明显变化。结论静脉注射乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of Urapidil for hypertensive emergency. Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive emergency were involved. A dose 12.5 mg-25.0 mg of Urapidil was used with intravenous injection （in 5 minutes）. The blood pressure and heart rate were recorded pre- and post-therapy. Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure obviously dropped at 5 minutes and reached the maximal extent （20- 30） minutes following the injection and remained the stable level during the treatment. There was no reflex tachycardia. Conclusion Urapidil was safe and efficient for treatment of hypertensive emergency and it should be the drug of choice.
