摘要
以往对于交流异步电动机的几种调速方式,调速范围小,是有级调速,在低速时的转矩小,直接影响了实际生产工作。随着社会的进步,电力电子技术的发展,变频技术普遍应用于电力拖动领域,对耗能较大的设备实行变频调速,取得了明显的节能效果。而起重机采用变频调速,替代传统的凸轮控制器变阻调速的控制方法,充分发挥了其优越的性能。
As the development of the society and electronic technology, frequency technigue is widely applicated in the area of electrical power draging. Frequency control is progressed in some devices consumed more power, which achieves the obvious effects in economizing power. Meanwhile,adopting frequency control insteads the resistance control of traditional cam controler which adequately shows its superiority.
