步长对光波导放大器数值模拟的影响

摘要 用四阶龙格-库塔法计算了10cm长光波导放大器中的光功率传输方程,研究了步长对放大器增益特性的影响,计算结果表明:步长对放大器增益特性的影响较大,特别是当步长为1cm时,放大器的增益在非饱和区呈振荡状态。 Calculation of the power propagation equations for the optical wave.guide amplifier of 10cm is performed using 4th - order Runge - Kutta methed. The effect of step length on the gain characteristics of optical waveguide amplifiers is studied. It' s shown that the effect of step - length is large, especially, when the step length is lcm, the gain is vibration at non- satttration region.
