随着汽车市场竞争的加剧,立足于本土的自主研发日益得到重视。传统的组织结构和项目管理方法无法支持庞大汽车研发项目的运作。文章根据实际情况,讨论了上海大众汽车有限公司的项目组织结构、研发流程以及项目状态的成熟度测评方法。
With the competition in auto market being heated, independent R&D is increasingly strengthened. Traditional organization structure and project management can 1 support the operation of massive automotive R&D project. Combing with practice, the article analyzes the project management structure, R&D procedure and mature evaluation of project state in Shanghai Volkswagen Co. Ltd.
