应用多孔轻质无机载体的紊动床生物膜反应器 被引量:3

摘要 开发了一种多孔轻质无机载体并将其应用于紊动床生物膜反应器,探讨应用该载体的紊动床生物膜反应器及生物膜特性。结果表明:当填充率为30%时,紊动床生物膜反应器完成启动仅需要18d;采用该载体形成的生物膜厚度较小(>500μm);当反应器微生物浓度为2.022~3.226gVS/L时,反应器对有机物的去除能力最高可达11.685kgCOD/m.3d。 A porous abio-carricr with low density was developed and used in a Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) in this experiment. The result showed that only 18 days were needed to start-up a MBBR with 30% filling rate and the biofilm in the reactor was less than 500μm in thickness. Moreover, MBBR with this carrier was highly efficient reactor with organic removal load as high as 11.685 kgCOD/L .d when biomass concentration was within 2.022-3.226gVS/L
