摘要
大规模定制的核心是产品配置设计.依据客户对产品的需求信息,产品配置设计的实例往往不惟一,需要对配置结果进行评价,以选出客户最满意的产品实例.为此,以递阶层次结构建立了产品配置设计的二级评价指标体系,采用层次分析法构建了产品配置设计评价的层次结构模型.对层次结构模型建立了判断矩阵和各层元素对目标层的总排序权重向量,进行了各层总排序的一致性检验.给出了产品配置设计评价的算法流程图,解决了构造判断矩阵的有关问题,并通过一个实例验证了该评价模型的合理性和可行性.
Product configuration design is the key technology of mass customization. According to customer's requirements, product configuration cases are not unique, thus the results must be evaluated to choose the most satisfied product case. Two-level evaluation index system of product configuration design is built in hierarchic structure. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to build the corresponding evaluation model. The judgement matrix and the total sequencing weight vector of each level's element to the objective level are built and the consistency check of total sequencing of each level is applied. The arithmetic flow chart of product configuration cases evaluation process is provided, which solves the problems on judgement matrix. Finally, the feasibility of the product configuration cases evaluation model is demonstrated by a typical case.
