Analysis of the Logic of Social Informatization Evaluation

文章从复杂社会现象的测度问题入手,探讨了社会信息化测度内含的逻辑规律性,指出信息化测度逻辑是形成测度体系结构的理性基础。它不仅对信息化测度体系的构建具有重要的方法论意义,而且有助于解决社会信息化测度中的“同一性”和“整体性”问题。

Starting with the problem of the evaluation of complex social phenomenon, this paper discusses the logical provision embedded in social informatization evaluation, points out that the logic of social informatization evaluation is the rational foundation on which evaluation systems are based. It not only is methodologically significant to the designing of infonnatization evaluation systems, but also helps in solving the problem of ＂identity＂ and ＂integrity＂ in social informatization evaluation.
