Brief Review on Horton's Information Management Thoughts

霍顿的信息管理思想可以用4句话来概括:闭合而开放的信息生命周期观;广义的信息资源和信息资源管理观;集成的信息管理观;“会通”的信息管理观。尽管霍顿的信息管理思想独到而有价值,但仍存在一些局限和不足。

Horton＇s information management thoughts can be summarized as follows： the close and open informarion life cycle view; the generalized information resources and IRM view; the information integration management view; the inosculating and interpenetrating information management view. Although Horton＇s informarion management thoughts are special and valuable, some limitations and shortcoming still exist.
