摘要 本文探讨了确定信息用户价值活动的五个步骤,研究了信息用户价值分析的过程,构建了一个信息用户价值综合分析矩阵模型,最后详细分析了信息用户价值交付的整个流程。 This paper resents a five - step information customer value determination process, builds a comprehensive analysis matrix of information customer value, based on information customer value determinaation. Lastly, it designs a information customer value delivery circle.
