摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚酯或聚醚多元醇为原料,以2,4-二氨基-3,5-二甲硫基氯苯(TX-2)、3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)和二氨基二甲硫基甲苯(E-300)分别作为固化剂,通过预聚体法制备浇注型聚氨酯弹性体。通过试验,比较了三种不同二胺扩链剂在制备弹性体过程中的加工性能及弹性体的物理性能。结果表明,以TX-2、MOCA和E-300为固化剂制备的聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能相当。TX-2是传统固化剂的理想替代品。
Casting polyurethane elastomer based on toluene diisocyanate, polyester polyol or polyether polyol with the curing agent of 2,4-diamino-3,5-dimethylsuphlchlorobenzene (TX-2),3,3′ -dichloro-4, 4′ -diami-no diphenylmethane (MOCA) and diamino dimethythio toluene (E-300) were prepared by prepolymerization process. Through the experiment,the differences of the processability and the physical properties of the elastomer based on three different diamine chain-extender were compared. The result showed that the mechanical properties of the polyurethane elastomer prepared from TX-2,MOCA and E-300 were equivalent.TX-2 was a perfect substitute for the traditional curing agent.
