利培酮口服液治疗儿童破坏性行为障碍42例临床分析

A clinical analysis of risperidone oral solution in the treatment of forty-two children with disruptive behavior disorder

目的了解利培酮口服液治疗儿童破坏性行为障碍的短期疗效和安全性。方法对42例破坏性行为障碍的儿童(5周岁～14周岁)接受每日0.02mg～0.06mg/kg利培酮口服液治疗6周,以Conner’s儿童行为评定量表评定疗效,以副反应量表(TESS)及实验室监测评估安全性。结果利培酮口服液平均治疗量为1.5mg/d,基本痊愈19.0%(8/42),显效28.6%(12/42),好转35.7%(15/42)和无效16.7%(7/42),Conner’s儿童行为评定量表品行问题分量表、冲动多动分量表评分治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗期间常见的副反应为头痛和嗜睡。锥外反应发生率约2%(1/42),多为轻微反应。结论利培酮口服液可以有效治疗儿童破坏性行为障碍且耐受性良好。

Objective To observe the short-term efficacy and safety of risperidone oral solution in the treatment of children with disruptive behavior disorder. Methods A total of 42 children with disruptive behavior disorder were included in this 6-week open clinical study. The Conner＇s Parent Symptom Questionnaire （PSQ） was used to assess the clinical efficacy, and the Treatment Emergent Side Effect Scale （TESS） and laboratory tests were used to assess the adverse effcets. Scales were evaluated at baseline and the end of week 1, 2, 4, 6. Results Among 42 children,19.0% met the criteria of relief, 28.6% significantly improved, 35.7% improved, and 16.7% got no change. There were significant differences in scores of conduct problem and impulsivity and hyperactivity of PSQ between before and after treatment. The common adverse effects includeded headache and drowsiness. Conclusin Risperidone oral solution is effective and safe for the treatment of disprutive behaviur disorder .
