乙型肝炎病毒感染对精神分裂症治疗的影响

Effect of HBV infection on the therapy of schizophrenia

目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是否影响精神分裂症的用药和治疗。方法比较70例乙肝五项指标测定阳性者和80例阴性者在用药量,治疗效果和治疗期间辅助检查结果之间的差异。结果两组病人在治疗剂量及疗效方面比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),感染组出现血糖升高的比率较高(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症病人存在HBV感染时,选择影响肝脏功能的药物应特别慎重,也慎用易引起血糖升高的药物,如氯氮平,同时注意监测血糖。

Objective To investigate the effect of hepatitis B virus infection on drug selecting and therapy of patients with schizophrenia. Mehods Factors including drug dose, curative effect, accessory examination were compared between the study group （five indices of hepatitis B positive） and the control group （five indices of hepatitis B negative）. Results There were no significant differences in drug dose, curative effect between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The positive infection group showed higher blood sugar ratio （P〉0.05）. Conclusion For schizophrenia patients who are suffered from hepatitis B,it is necessary to select the drug which have few effects on liver function. But more attention should be given to the drug which can lead to higher blood sugar such as clozapine, and supervision on blood sugar is necessary.
