葛根素注射液治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Effects of Kakonein Injection on the Treatment of Chronic Co Pubnonale with Heart Failure

目的:观察葛根素注射液治疗慢性肺心痛心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将60例肺心病心力衰竭患者随机分成两组,治疗组在传统治疗的基础上加用葛根素注射液,对照组予以传统治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为86．7％和60．0％,差异显著(P<0．05);两组肺动脉高压、心功能参数、血液流变学数值较治疗前均有明显改善,治疗组同本组治疗前及对照组相比,差异显著(P<0．01和P<0．05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,未发现不良反应。结论:葛根素注射液治疗慢性肺心痛心力衰竭疗效确切,安全有效,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical treatment effects of kakonein injection in patients with chronic co pulmonale with heart failure. Method： 60 patients with chronic co pulmonale with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients each, based on classic treatment, the former added with kakonein injection and the latter only with classic treatment. Result： After the treatment, the total effective rates of the treatment and control groups were 86.7% and 60.00% respectively. In beth groups there was statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; pulmonary hypertension, cardiac function paramete and the values of hemorheology also had their remarkable amelioration, and the treatment effects of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group, the difference being significant between the two groups （P 〈0.01 and P 〈0.05）. In the treatment group no side effects were present. Condusi＇on： There is a mar- velous curative effect with kakonein injection in treating chronic co pulmonale with heart failure.
