贞芪扶正胶囊在预防感冒治疗中的运用

Prevention from Cold with Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule

目的:观察中药贞芪扶正胶囊对反复发作的感冒患者的免疫功能。方法:对于易发感冒的人群,治疗组给予贞芪扶正胶囊,口服;对照组给予香菇多糖片,口服,均在服药8周后评价疗效。结果:治疗组服药8周后随访1年,患感冒的机率大大减少,与对照组比较,P<0．01,差异有极显著性。结论:贞芪扶正胶囊可以明显提高机体免疫力,增强机体抗病能力,有效预防感冒。

Objective： To observe and evaluate the effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule ——Chinese traditional medicine on the improvement of immune function in patients with constant cold. Method： The therapy group was treated with oral Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule, especially in autumn and summer when they were susceptible to cold. The control group was treated with oral Xianggu Duotangpian and their comprehensive therapy effects were evaluated when they were treated for eight weeks. Result： The probability of the therapy group susceptible to cold decreased consumedly after eight weeks and during the following year. Compared with the control group, the therapy group’s difference was marked （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule can improve immunity significantly and strengthen disease resistant competence. It can effectively prevent people from catching cold.
