采用μ－ＢｏｎｄａｐａｋＣ１８色谱住，以反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定氨氯地平含量。方法简便、快速、准确，重现性好，适用于络活喜片的常规分析。

Reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method using μ- Bondapak C 18 column with external standard has been developed for determination of the amlodipine content in Norvasc tablets. The mobile phase is methanol-0.03 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(3: 1), the flow rate is l.5 ml/min. The detection wavelength is237 nm. The method is simple, effective, accurate with good recoveries.
