摘要
将经超声处理的磷脂与待包埋的SOD溶液混匀,在液氮中深度冷冻后于35℃融化,经超声处理、离心即得SOD脂质体。SOD活性包埋率约为30%。本法操作方便,所需设备简单,可避免直接与有机溶剂接触,适用于生物活性物质的包埋和大规模生产。
The SOD liposomes were prepared by freeze-thaw method. The lipids were mixed with SOD solution and frozen at -196℃ in liquid nitrogen and left to thaw at 35℃. The thawed milky solution was sonicated and centrifuged, and the SOD liposomes were obtained. The encapsulation efficiency of this process is about 30%. The method is simple and is superior to others for avoiding organic solvent inactivation to biological substance.It can be used to encapsulate most biological molecules and be easily scaled-up.
