硬胶囊中混合色素的HPLC测定

DETERMINATION OF MIXED SYNTHETIC FOOD COLORS IN HARD CAPSULES USING HPLC GRADIENT ELUTION TECHNIQUE

用甲醇－０．０２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸铵为流动相，以ＨＰＬＣ梯度法分离硬胶囊中的５种色素，以外标法定量。样品经赛璐玢膜透析处理，透析液直接进样。５种色素具有良好的线性行为，回收率在９５．５９％～１０１．７５％之间。日内差异＜２．８０％，日间差异＜３．２２％。

A sensitive HPLC-gradient elution method has been developed for the determination of mixed synthetic food colors in hard capsules. The solution of methanol-ammoninum acetate(0.2 mol/L) was used as mobile phase. The sample was dialysised with semipermeable membrane and the dialysate was analysed immediatly. There was good linear response.The recovery were 95.59%～101.75%. The RSD within a day was less than 2.80% and between days was less than 3.22%.
