微生物来源的降胆固醇类酶抑制剂的研究进展

PROGRESS OF STUDIES ON ENZYME INHIBITORS WITH CHOLESTEROL LOWERING ACTIVITY FROM MICROORGANISMS

对微生物来源的降胆固醇类酶抑制剂：胆固醇体内生物合成酶系抑制剂和阻固醇体内吸收抑制剂（即胆固醇酰基转移酶抑制剂）的研究及其进展作了综述，主要介绍ＨＭＧ－ＣｏＡ还原酶抑制剂，重点为ＭＬ－２３６Ｂ及其相关化合物。

This article mainly introduces the studies of two classes of enzyme inhibitors with cholesterol lowering activity from microorganisms.First is the inhibitors of cholesterol biosynthetic enzymes in vivo which consist of inhibitors of HMG-CoA reductase, HMG-CoA synthetase,squalene synthetase,and acetoacetylCoA reductase inhibitors of HMG-CoA reductase. Second is the inhibitors of acylCoA:cholesterol acyltransferase(ACAT)which is the very important in absorption of cholesterol.
