体育产业与政府垄断问题研究——2010年广州第16届亚运会运作模式的探讨

Research on Sports Industry and Government Monopolization——Exploring the Operating Model of the 16th Asian Games to be held in Guangzhou in 2010

通过对奥运会、亚运会和全运会运作模式的比较和分析,深入探讨广州亚运会的运作模式以及如何发挥政府的优势、促进广东省体育产业的大发展,尤其是如何处理好体育产业与政府垄断的问题,对本届亚运会的运作具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。

This paper aims to conduct a tentative research on the operating model of the Asian Games which is to be held in Guangzhou through comparing and analyzing the operating models of the Olympic Games, the Asian Games, and the National Games. This study also discusses how to take advantage of the administrative forces to develop sports industry of Guangdong Province, in particular, how to deal with the relationship of sports industry, sports property rights and government monopolization, which is proposed to be very meaningful for the operation of the Asian Games in the theoretical and practical level.
