摘要
目的:建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定醋氯芬酸中的甲醇、乙酸乙酯、甲苯、DMF等残留溶剂的含量。方法:用CP-624(30m×0.32mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,柱温100℃,进样口温度220℃,检测器温度300℃,载气为氮气,进样量1mL。结果:各溶剂的线性关系良好(r均在0.999以上);平均回收率99.6%~100.5%。结论:本实验建立的色谱方法灵敏、准确,适用于醋氯芬酸中残留有机溶剂的检测。
Objective: To set up a capillary GC method for the determination of residual organic solvents (methanol, ethyl acetate, toluene, N, N-dimethylformamide) in aceclofenac. Methods: The GC condition was as follows: a CP-624 column (30 m×0. 32 mm,1.8μm) with a column temperature at 100℃, the temperature of the loading chamber at 220℃, detection temperature at 300 ℃ , nitrogen as a carrier gas and loading dose of 1 mL. Results:The calibration curves of four solvents were linear (r 〉 0. 999) with mean recoveries of 99.6% -100. 5%. Conclusion:The sensitive and reliable GC method for determination of residual solvents in aceclofenac is attainable.
