摘要
搏击是两人之间对抗性运动项目,训练和比赛中被对手击中造成疼痛不可避免。分析和论述的主旨是正确认识搏击训练和比赛中造成的疼痛现象,对于不同方式打击所造成的疼痛,不同水平的搏击运动员处理方式和身心感受有所差异,因此,要想成为一个优秀的搏击运动员,就必须从身体和心理上消除疼痛所造成的不利影响将被动转化为主动,通过严格的耐疼力训练改进对疼痛的耐受程度,从而提高比赛中的心理素质和技、战术水平。关键词:疼痛;身体和心理;耐痛力;
Fight is an antagonistic sports event between two people. It cannot be avoided suffering pain generated from the strike by rival during the training and the competition. This study aims to analyze and discuss how to understand the phenomenon of the pain generated in the training and the competition properly. Since the kinds of pain are different because of facing different types of hitting, athletes of different levels will deal with pains differently. So if you want to become an outstanding fight athlete, you must dispel the adverse effect caused by pain from body and psychology and turn passive effects into positive effects. Through a strict training of bearing pain, you can improve and upgrade the degree of beating pain, psychological quality and tactics level of the skill.
