对优秀男子中跑运动员冬训期组合训练效果的研究 被引量:8

Research on the Effects of Combined Training in Winter Training among the Excellent Men Middle-distance Race Athletes of Zhejiang Province

摘要 传统的男子中跑冬训以量为主,忽视组合训练,影响到运动员成绩的发挥,使得我国男子中长跑水平不但落后于世界水平,而且与亚洲水平也有一定差距。因此,探讨运动员(尤其是优秀运动员)的更科学有效的训练方法,是目前男子中跑训练面临的一大任务。以浙江、上海田径队6名优秀男子中跑运动员(健将或接近健将)为研究对象,观察不同年度冬训前后队员完成相同负荷BLA(血乳酸)、即刻HR(心率)指标的差异以及组合训练冬训前后队员VO2max(最大摄氧量)、乳酸阈功率的变化情况,研究冬训进行专项能力组合训练的可行性及功效,以便为广大教练员更科学有效地进行男子中跑训练提供借鉴和参考。 Traditionally, the training of men middle-distance race players in winter pays the most attention to the quantity, rather than the combined training, which restrained players to achieve much mere achievements. Accordingly there existed certain gap between Chinese men middle-distance race players' level and the ones of the world. Furthermore, it also lays behind the levels of some countries in Asia. It can be seen as the principal task faced by middle-distance race training at present that makes up a mere scientific and effective program of training for excellent athletes. Therefore, in this article, six excellent middle-distance race men players from Zhejiang team of athletics were adopted as research objects. Based on the observation of differences of BLA (Blood lactic acid), instant HR(heart rate) and the change of their max Vo2, lactic acid or power of the team members with the same burden before and after winter training during different years, the feasibility and effect of combined winter training were studied and analyzed in order to provide references for all the coaches when planning a training to the middle-distance race men players mere scientifically and effectively.
