The insurance and guarantee of residential quality of our country is at the research and original stage at present. This paper, based on the current law and regulation and practical situation of construction market, theoretically investigate the key elements of insurance and guarantee of residential quality to find breach and developmental way facilitating the healthy development of insurance and guarantee of residential quality, and improving the sound development of insurance and residential industry.
