退极化场对铁电超晶格热力学性质的影响

The Effects of Depolarization Field on the Thermodynamic Properties of Ferroelectric Superlattice

摘要 应用平均场理论,在横场伊辛模型的框架内,研究了退极化场对铁电超晶格热力学性质的影响.计算结果表明:退极化场使铁电超晶格的自发极化曲线更加平坦,使介电峰合并,并抑制超晶格的界面效应. Using mean field theory, the effects of depolarization field on the thermodynamic properties of ferroelectric superlattice is studied within the framework of the transverse Ising model. Our results show that the depolarization field flattens the spontaneous polarization profile, making the susceptibility peak of the ferroelectric superlattice incorporate. And depolarization field weakens the interfacial coupling effects.
