650型定向井悬挂短节深孔加工工艺优化设计

摘要 针对650型定向井悬挂短节的加工难点,研究了特殊的深孔加工工艺。根据定向井悬挂短节的材料及结构特点,采用了新的深孔珩磨工具,用特制胎具及其钻铰刀具加工11+0.07mm的偏心孔(偏心距为49.3+0.05-0.05mm),同时优化了刀具的切削参数。实践证明,对传统的加工工艺改进后,可明显减小刀具的切削力,减小钻削过程中的振动,提高了加工效率及加工质量,进一步实现了定向井工具的国产化。 In view of some of the difficult points for machining the hanging pup joints used in directional wells, a special technology for deep-hole machining is developed. Based on the materials and structural characteristics of the hanging pup joints, a new tool for deep-hole honing is adopted. An eccentric hole of φ11+0.07 mm (eccentricity being 49.3 mm) is machined with special molds, cutters, drillers, and the cutting parameters of the cutters are optimized. Application demonstrates that after improving machining process, the cutting force of cutters is lowered, and the vibration in cutting process are obviously reduced, therefore both the efficiency and quality of machining are improved.
