摘要
根据辽河油田自身和与辽河类似油田区块的特点,研制了可用于钻丛式井的ZJ40/2250JD钻机。该型钻机井架采用垂直分段起升方式,占地面积小;配置节能发电机组,可以节约燃油30%;配置自动钻进系统,可以实现自动送钻;配备先进的钻井监控系统和钻井仪表系统,司钻在控制房内对钻机进行操作,降低了劳动强度,改善了工作环境;采用机电复合驱动方式,生产和运行成本低,性价比高,具有广阔的市场前景。
In consideration of the characteristics of Liaohe Oilfield and blocks similar to Liaohe Oilfield, ZJ40/2250JD rig for drilling cluster wells is developed. Its derrick is designed to be lifted in a vertical and segmented mode. The rig is equipped with an energy-saving generator for 30% of fuel oil saving, and automatic driller is installed for automatic drilling, and also advanced drilling monitoring system and instrumentation system are placed on the derrick, by which drillers can control the rig in the driller house. The method of mechanic-electric integration is deployed to lower running cost and improve performance-price ratio.
