摘要 为了正确检查各层段注水量、确定最佳注水压力、选择正确的喷水嘴,为良好注水和动态调节注水量,结合最新的电子技术、传感器技术和注水工艺的相关技术,开发了新型注水井井下综合测试系统,实现了注水井井下分层流量、压力、温度的实时在线监控测试。整个监控过程都由计算机程序控制,因此在形成资料过程中避免了虚假现象,资料准确率极高,而且可对测试数据进行回放。首次将32位微控制器ARM作为系统核心处理器,处理数据的速度显著提高,为实时、准确地反映井下实际情况提供了保障。 To correctly check water injection rate in each zone, determine optimal injection pressure and select proper water nozzle, a new integral system for downhole testing of water injection wells is developed in combination with the latest electronic and sensor techniques, by which a real-time and on-line stratification testing of flow rate, pressure, and temperature is implemented. The whole process is controlled by computer program, therefore a fictitious phenomenon is avoided in data collection owing to high data precision, also the testing data can be played back. A 32 bit micro-controller ARM is for the first time used as a kernel processor of the system, by which the velocity of the processor is obviously improved for ensuring the accurate reflection of downhole conditions in real-time.
