摘要
新研制的液体粘性调速离合器具有高转速(3000r/min)、大功率(4000kW)的特点。介绍了液体粘性调速离合器的原理和结构特点,提出了在大功率、高转速条件下解决旋转密封、合理润滑和转速控制的方法。在辽河油田海一联合站的运行证明,该产品节能效果明显,可以实现轻载启动和无级调速,自动化程度高,成本低,非常适合于油田注水系统的调速和节能。
The newly developed hydroviscous speed-regulation clutch has the characteristics of high speed (3 000 r/min), high power (4 000 kW). The principle and structural characteristics of the clutch are introduced, methods are proposed for rotation seal, rational lubrication and speed control under the conditions of large power and high speed. The clutch was used in Haiyi Joint Station in Liaohe Oilfield. The result shows that it is of light starting and stepless speed regulation of high automation and low cost, and is especially suitable for speed regulation and energy saving of water injection systems in oilfields.
