介绍以T10A为材质的冲裁模,并对该公司以T10A为材质的冲模例分析,说明模具制作的过程,并根据模具所要求的硬度和韧性性能等要求,介绍T10A碳素工具钢的热处理工艺方法。
This paper introduces the blanking die made of TIOA. Based on the blanking die made of TIOA used in our company, we demonstrate the manufacturing processes. And according to the die＇s required properties such as hardness and toughness, we introduces the heat treatment processes.
