用单片机控制的微孔加工技术

摘要 介绍了一种用单片机控制的小型机床,其可以实现微孔加工的自适应控制。测量系统装在专用的数控微孔精密机床上,机床夹具与工作台之间的测扭、测力压电传感器,同时测量轴向力与扭矩的变化值,根据所测扭矩、轴向力大小调整加工的进给量,控制钻头轴向进退及排屑,从而保证微孔、深孔的加工效率与可靠性。 In this paper, a king of bench - type drilling machine miniature is introduced, which is controlled by single chip microcomputer, and with which adaptive control in pinhole drilling machining can come true. Piezoquartz sensormounted between drill press' s jig and workbench is used for measuring torque and force. Through measuring theehange of the two paramekers mentioned above at the same time, the aiguille' s moving forward and backward and scrap' s discharging can be wntrolled. According to the torque and axial force got, the feed is modulated and the valid - ity and reliability of the manufacture of the pinhole and deep hole is insured.
