摘要
为了客观评价火龙果种子出苗率和幼苗长势,设置了河沙、上层河沙下层营养土2种栽培基质的试验,研究白玉龙果、新红龙果、三棱茎3种火龙果种子在两种基质中的出苗及幼苗生长情况。结果表明,在上层河沙下层营养土的基质中火龙果种子出苗时间比在河沙中提早了8d,平均出苗率提高了25.6~40.4个百分点。3种火龙果种子的平均出苗率是白玉龙果〉新红龙果〉三棱茎,生长于上层河沙下层营养土基质的幼苗长势比生长于河沙基质的好。
Two kinds of cultivation substrates (the substrate with the upper river sand + lower nutrient soil and the river sand substrate) were tested to investigate effects of different substrates on seedling rate and seedling growth of three Pitaya varieties. The results show that the seedling time and average seedling rate of Pitaya seeds cultivated on the substrate with the upper river sand + lower nutrient soil are 8 d early and 25.6%-40.4% higher than those cultivated on the river sand substrate respectively, the average seedling rate of three tested varieties is Hylocereus undatus Britt. & Rose〉 Hylocereus polyrhizus (Weber) Britt. & Rose〉 Hylocereus undatus and the growth vigor of young seedlings cultivated on the substrate with the upper river sand + lower nutrient soil is better than that cultivated on the river sand substrate.
