摘要
用不同类型的工业废水浸泡玉米种子,以研究其对种子发芽的影响,结果表明:不同类型的工业废水处理前、后对种子生活力及发芽率都有明显的毒性,其生活力及发芽率都显著低于对照;处理后废水浸泡种子,发芽率明显比处理前浸泡的高;种子的发芽率与废水中的重金属离子的浓度呈显著负相关;在废水中生长的芽苗明显比对照生长慢,且弱小。
The maize seeds were soaked in different industrial waste water to investigate effects of industrial waste water on the generation rate of maize seeds. The results show that the different industrial waste water with or without treatment all has the significant toxicity to the viability and generation rate of maize seeds, the viability and generation rate of maize seeds is significantly lower than CK, the generation rate of seed socked in the treated industrial waste water is higher than that of seed socked in the un-treated industrial waste water, there is a significant negative correlation between the seed generation rate and ion concentration of heavy metal in the industrial waste water and the growth speed of seedlings planting in the industrial waste water is obviously slower than CK.
