Discussions on Calculation Method for Slurry Treatment Data in Shield Tunnel Construction

泥水处理是泥水盾构施工中非常关键的工序。如何在施工前期,甚至在投标阶段,利用地质参数确定泥浆处理系统过程数据,进而测算施工中所发生的费用十分关键。结合武汉长江隧道的泥水处理设备和地质情况,对盾构隧道泥水处理过程数据的计算方法进行探讨。

Slurry treatment is one of the most fundamental aspects ot tunnel construction by means of slurry shield machine. In the early stage of the construction, even in the bidding stage, therefore, it is of great improtance to determine the process data of the slurry treatment system on basis of the geological parameters, through which the cost to be incurred during the construction will be estimated. On basis of the experience related to the slurry treatment facilities and geological conditions of Wuhan Yangtze River crossing tunnel, the paper discusses on the process data calculation method of the slurry treatment system in shield tunnel construction.
