隧道超欠挖对隧道成本的影响及控制途径

Impact of Overbreak/shortbreak on Tunnel Construction Cost and Their Control Approaches

阐述了钻爆法隧道开挖时超欠挖产生的原因,分析了超欠挖对隧道施工成本的提高产生的重要影响,以此期望能够引起足够重视。最后提出控制隧道超欠挖的三条主要途径:①强化现场施工管理,这是减少超欠挖的根本措施;②实施“新奥法”技术,这是减少超、欠挖的有效技术措施;③改变“宁超勿欠”的传统观点,树立“少超少欠”的观点。

The article expatiates on the causes for the overbreak/shortbreak in the drill ＋ blast tunneling and analyzes on the impact of the overbreak/shortbreak on the increase of the tunnel construction cost. Finally, the article recommends three main approaches for the control of the overbreak/shortbreak during tunneling, i.e. , ① strengthening the site construction management, which is the fundamental approach to reduce the overbreak/shortbreak ; ② fulfilling NATM technology, which is the effective technical approach to reduce the overbreak/shortbreak; ③ replacing the traditional viewpoint of ＂overbreak rather than shortbreak＂ by the viewpoint of ＂less overbreak and less shortbreak＂.
